With a background in JP Morgan and various lending companies, he is considered an authority in lending science and business. His firm, LendAPI, is funded by leading VCs in North America and has a strategic partnership with Nxtgenpay for the Asian market. The two entities have also agreed to establish a lending training lab in the Philippines. Along with his wife, he has endowed the Vi and Timothy Li Laboratory for Industrial Systems Engineering at San Jose State University. Tim is an alumnus of USC(MS, Operations Research Engineering) and SJSU(BS, Industrial and Systems Engineering) He will be teaching a class on lending.

A veteran technologist, author and serial entrepreneur, Kaustuv Ghosh is co-founder of the training program alongside Matthew Lamons. He looks after strategy, revenues and concept development as well as fintech programs. He is a veteran technologist and serial entrepreneur with close to thirty years of experience in electronic and digital media, telco value-added services, sustainability, fintech, AI, tech services and blockchain.He has designed and built advanced products in crypto, fintech and sustainability and is an active dealmaker in frontier technologies. Kaustuv has co-authored “A Quick Sip-A Practical Guide to Understanding and Adopting AI” AI with Matthew and Ethan Lamons and is currently writing books on AI and Healthcare, Fintech and Lending. Kaustuv holds an MSc in Environmental Management from NUS, a PG Diploma in Communications from MICA, India and a BCom degree from Calcutta University. He teaches an online Fintech program with MYFINT Malaysia and is visiting professor at Shanti Business School, India. He is a member of the National AI Standards Council of Malaysia.
